Sustainability is not a tagline for us. It is built into how we work, every day. Our 2025 Sustainability Impact Report sets out what that looks like across five impact areas, guided by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, and states plainly where progress has been made and where progress has been slower, because we are committed to transparency.

2025 Report Key Takeaways

  • Customers: Vita Nova helped avoid 95 tonnes of landfill waste, and all 9,600 returned samples were repurposed.
  • Environment: Scope 1 and 2 emissions are down 72% since our restated 2023 baseline. Our carbon footprint was externally assessed for a third year to validate the reporting.
  • Partnerships: Reutilize, a marketplace for offcut materials, extended the reach of Vita Nova in 2025, and over four years we have raised £36K for Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice.
  • Team CDUK: We introduced a development programme for emerging talent and internal training reached 796 hours, also our Best Companies accreditation rose from 1 Star to 2 Star.
  • Governance: KPIs inform our decisions, and four internal teams drive our sustainability work.

Our Focus for 2026 and Beyond

In 2026 we are working towards a 33% carbon reduction by 2030 and a fully electric fleet by 2027, scaling Vita Nova and targeting our first EcoVadis assessment. No single business can close the circular loop alone, so we are building links with industry bodies, suppliers and design communities who share our commitment.

Specifiers, designers and procurement teams will find our carbon data, plus the certifications and EPDs behind our portfolio of sustainable materials, in the full report.
