It was a pleasure to engage with so many visitors at Milan Design Week 2024 whilst supporting our partners Corian® Design and The Good Plastic Company. If you weren’t able to attend, we’ve collated our favourite highlights from the innovative installations.

Nature’s Canvas, curated by Corian® Design

An immersive experience awaited visitors of Nature’s Canvas, which gave an exclusive preview of the new collection of Corian® Solid Surface colours. The new aesthetics take inspiration from nature, featuring glistening particles, flowing veins, interspersed particles and trend forward colours that represent calmness, fluidity and new beginnings. The installation guided visitors through a gallery, featuring stunning pieces of art crafted from the new colours and aesthetics, accompanied by an atmospheric video and the cinematic sounds of nature.

The new Corian® colour collection will be available from CDUK in summer 2024. To be the first to hear about the launch, register your interest by completing our contact form.

Hello, Earth Speaking by The Good Plastic Company

Created in collaboration with B-Corp-certified StudioXAG, Hello, Earth Speaking by The Good Plastic Company featured a giant installation of planet Earth, created using Polygood®. The 70m2 exhibition utilised 100% recycled and recyclable material to prove that waste plastic can be used for good. With 70% of a product’s life-cycle cost and environmental footprint determined during its design phase, the installation prompted visitors to voice their ideas for how we can collaboratively design a brighter future.

The Good Plastic Company has attained Cradle to Cradle Certified® Bronze status for the innovative surface material, Polygood®, making it the first material of its kind to achieve this distinction. Polygood® has also attained a verified Environmental Product Declaration (EPD).
