M|R walls are manufactured using the latest parametric and CNC technology to provide bespoke solutions that are unlimited in scale and shape.
With the patented ‘puzzle piece’ assembly logic created by M|R Walls, each section of your bespoke wall has CNC joints built into the design to allow the seams to interlock flawlessly, cleverly concealed within the lines of the designs themselves. This unique function simplifies installation so that it is no longer arduous or expensive but easily pieced together to create visually seamless surfaces for large or small scale design schemes.
All M|R Walls solutions are made by Applelec (our manufacturing and installation partner) in the UK, and are backed by CDUK’s knowledge and expertise, gathered over 42 years of exclusive Corian® Solid Surface distribution in the UK and Ireland.
Material as standard meets Euroclass C-s1,d0 Reaction to Fire Classification.
Corian® Solid Surface is BPA free, NFC/ANSI Standard 51 Certified for food contact, carries HPD and LGA hygiene certification.
Corian® Solid Surface is Greenguard Gold certified and also has an EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) which contributes to LEED, BREEAM and WELL.
Corian® Solid Surface complies with the Eurofins Indoor Air Comfort Gold specifications, including inspection of factory production and VOC emissions testing according to EN16516.
Corian® Solid Surface is compliant with the criteria required in SKArating Good Practice Measures for Joinery in Offices and Countertops in Retail. It also carries a USA declare label.
