London Design Medals are a moment to recognise the contribution made by leading design figures and emerging talents to London and the global industry, with four Medals awarded: London Design Medal, Lifetime Achievement Medal, Emerging Design Medal and Design Innovation Medal. Across the years, medal winners have been forces in the world of creativity: from architecture to graphic design, publishing to craft, fashion to hairdressing.

Corian® Solid Surface in the rich Deep Nocturne colour was chosen to make the beautiful cases for the London Design Festival medals. The versatility of the material allows for design freedom and precision, including the soft curved edge detail, fine engraving and a high shine finish to perfectly encapsulate the unique medals, which are awarded to winners recognised for their significant contribution to the design industry.
